CFW WELCOMES YOU!

If you’re in Waterloo for the short term and looking for a place to get your Functional Fitness on… we would love to have you.

But before signing up for a Drop In, we kindly ask that you are comfortable with performing:

  • Squats
  • Presses
  • Dead Lifts
  • Cleans
  • Snatches

If you’re not sure that you qualify, or for any other Drop In inquiries please email us and we will be happy to accommodate.

To sign up for your Drop In:

  1. Create a profile HERE
  2. Click on “Create account” in the upper right-hand corner and follow the steps to sign in.
  3. Click on the “CROSSFIT CLASSES” tab and find the next “CFW WOD” class on the schedule that you’d like to attend.
  4. Click the “Sign Up Now” button the schedule then click on “Make a Single Reservation” as this directs you straight to the online store.
  5. Under “CrossFit classes”, find “Individual Classes or packs” and click on Buy now beside “Single Class Pass/Drop in.
  6. Verify the number of “Drop ins” you’d like to purchase and click “Check out”.
  7. You’re all signed up!

If you would rather pay when you get here, please email us ahead of time if possible and let us know what day and class time you would like to attend. If you don’t get a chance to email us, just try to be here 15 minutes early and we will get you signed up.

Please note that we share an entrance with Crunch Fitness Waterloo, so please let the front desk know you are here for a class at CFW and they will assist you from there.
